It felt good to get back to The States after being in Canada, all our phones worked so we were suddenly back in touch with the rest of the world.  We didn’t get much trouble at the border.  We had to stop and get off the bus but the guy who checked our passports was very friendly and helpful, something that is not always the case.

Kalamazoo, is something of a blur!  I didn’t really sleep the night before we got in.  I stayed up all night watching the first 3 Indiana Jones movies as I couldn’t get to sleep so it meant I had to catch up on some sleep that day.

I was not in the show on the first night we were there, so, after our meeting I headed into town and found a cool bar to sit at and proceeded to sit there for around 4 hours.  Much of the time I was watching a great blues band before my friends arrived and we left for the next place.

The next day we had 2 shows before we split for Columbus, Ohio
