A year ago, I got together with Ed Gregory from Photos in Colour to shoot an introduction to a series of european travel guides.  This one is about Livorno in Italy.  We were met with such kindness an generosity from the people we encountered that day and realised that Livorno is much more than just a gateway to Florence and Pisa for cruise ship passengers.
